What is shipping cost? Will I pay for it?

Shipping cost depends on your location and product you bought.


It is calculated on checkout.

What is shipping time for my order?

It depends on the product you bought. However, you will see it on order confirmation document.

Will I get refund for shipping cost if I return the product ?

We will refund shipping cost if returned product has no damage and it is unused.

If you want to cancel your order, you should contact us as soon as possible.

How can I order ?

  • Then, you should add the item into your cart and continue with ordering process.


  • At the end, payment process starts. After you fill this information, click Submit button and finish ordering.
Can I track my order?

Tracking code of the shipment will be sent to you when parcel of product you’ve bought is shipped.

Returns
What is your return policy?
  • You can exchange product within 30 days.


  • Returned product should be unused and in its original condition.


  • You should return its package with invoice inside it. Otherwise, returned product will not be accepted.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

You should try again after some time.


If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can`t make the payment, please contact us.
